equipment guidelines:

• Truck must be able to scale 44,500 lbs.
• Must pass DOT and company inspection.
• Copy of Heavy Highway Use Tax Paid (2290).
• Proof of insurance “unless using ours.”
• Copy of title.
• Copy of registration.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Class A CDL (must be interstate driving experience).
• MVR (no major moving violations in a 3-year period).
• PSP - (no major violations in a 3-year period).
