We Know What's At "Steak"
I must say, in all my own words, this is a great company to be leased to.I came to America’s Service Line about 8 years ago. I was looking for a chance to prove myself to others and myself. I started by buying a truck from an independent contractor that was leased through America’s Service Line. From that moment on, I felt like part of the team operation that makes this company thrive.I have gone through several older trucks over the years. I have worked my way up and bought a brand new truck in 2010. That’s the year I made a big mistake. I thought maybe the grass could be greener on the other side of the fence. So, I went to a different company. Six months later, I called America’s Service Line and they took me back in.America’s service line has always been fair to me. From top brass in the company, down to everyone. I can only speak for myself, but I can honestly say, I will never think of going to another company again.
I have been a Company Driver with America’s Service Line for 2 years now and I have been very happy overall. The family atmosphere is one thing that I truly enjoy about working here. All ASL drivers are treated as people and not just employees. I know that if I have an issue with something, I can go straight to our President, Tom McClone, and he will hear me out and work through the issue with me. Every team member is truthful and I know that I do not have to worry about being misled; they say what they mean and mean what they say. Good benefits, great pay, and excellent home-time are just a few of the reasons why America’s Service Line is a great place to work!
I am approaching my second year with America’s Service Line and I enjoy it so much that I moved my family here to Green Bay without being asked. The great people and family atmosphere of this company, and of Green Bay, was an easy sell for my family. The pay is top notch and drivers are able to achieve their bonuses. America’s Service Line’s shop is the best in the industry; everyone goes out of their way to maintain the best equipment possible. When drivers are able to get to know everyone in the office and shop on a first name basis, it really hits home. Tom McClone, our President, is simply an amazing individual. My career will finish here at America’s Service Line; that is for certain. ASL should be voted the best company to work for in America.
I have been driving truck for 42 years and America’s Service Line is the only job where I have been treated like family. When they tell you they are going to do something, they do it! I get plently of miles and the home-time off is great. The bonuses are equal to any other trucking company out there and the Maintenance Program is one of the best in the industry. If you want to work in a tight, family-like environment with great pay, I would suggest you join our America’s Service Line family!
I began working at A.S.L on September 20, 2000. The company was approximately 3 years old. During my interview, I was asked what I was looking for as an independent contractor. I replied:1. Plenty of freight to stay busy and make a good living.2. I wanted to be treated as a person and not a number.I was impressed with the open door policy where you could enter and sit down with the management team and get your problem resolved. I have been employed at A.S.L. 13 years and have not been disappointed.
