• Independent contractors pulling their own trailer averaged $1.59/mile plus $.40/mile fuel surcharge to the truck.
• Independent contractors pulling a company trailer averaged $1.19/mile plus $.39/mile fuel surcharge to the truck.
• Average mileage and fuel surcharge rates are calculated on ALL dispatched miles (loaded & empty).
• Independent Contractors are eligible for a quarterly safety incentive to up to $750/quarter on top of percentage pay.

Company Drivers Pay & Benefits
• $.44 per mile on P.C. Practical Route
• Picks: $6.00 for 1st pick (No pay for pick ASL/AFG Yards Green Bay). Additional picks $25.00
• Drops: $6.00 for 1st drop (No pay for drop ASL/AFG Yards Green Bay). Additional drops $25.00
• Drivers are eligable for safety incentives up to $750/quarter on top of mileage pay.
If a driver unloads trailer, they will be paid a hourly rate. Drivers Rate: $12.00/hr
Detention
Detention time will be paid an hourly rate per stop starting 2 hours after the scheduled appointment time (No detention pay at ASL/AFG Green Bay yards).
• Times must be documented on drivers expense/advance/stop form.
- Failure to document on proper form will result in no detention paid out.
Layover After Unloading
Layover pay starts 16 hours after unloaded, then paid hourly rate of $12.00/hr up to 8 hours. Then layover pay repeats itself (16 hrs off, 8 hrs paid) every 24 hours.
• Layover must be documented on drivers expense/advance/stop form.
- Failure to document on proper form will result in no layover paid out.
Benefits
Health, vision, and dental insurance are made available after completing 3 full months of employment.
401K is available after 1 year of consecutive employment. The company matches 50% of first 5% of employee contribution.
